I had a great stay at this hotel recently. the location was superb, right in the heart of the historic center. It was so convenient to explore the city and soak up the atmosphere. Secondly, the staff were really friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a big comfy bed and a balcony with a fantastic view. Plus, having breakfast included was a nice touch.
Everything was fine, no improvements needed.

The hotel had limited staff presence, making it difficult to get assistance or book a taxi.
